Desde que decidí comenzar con mis preparaciones como competidora de body fitness, siempre he combinado mis entrenamientos en sala junto con ejercicios pliométricos.
En un principio, basé mi entrenamiento más en sala porque necesitaba desarrollar mi masa muscular.
Desde hace más de 2 años , prácticamente todos mis entrenamientos son pliométricos y trabajo en sala únicamente para mejorar mis fallos musculares.
Disfruto mucho con este tipo de entrenamiento, y realizo clases especificas en mi centro deportivo .
Las personas a las que entreno con este método aumentan muy rápido su rendimiento y su aspecto físico.
